After fifteen years working in recruitment - From the big names to smaller, boutique agencies, Gerwyn decided it was time to do things a bit differently, and launched Tangram Recruitment. A people-first agency bringing together the best bits of everything he'd learned, to deliver top-drawer services to clients and candidates across the Manufacturing, Engineering and Life Sciences recruitment sectors.

When he's not helping people find their perfect role, you'll find Gerwyn being Dad to his boys, Husband to Sarah and Walker-in-Chief to Dougal. A long-suffering loyal fan of Cardiff City, proud Wales supporter, and partial to the odd pint by the sea in Pembrokeshire.
